Confused. How much will ARTH clear from this offering?....about $2.0 - 2.2M? What will ARTH do with that amount of working capital? Doesn't seem sufficient for a market launch in both US & Europe, even if management & directors agree to forego their cash compensations. Given that the topical wound care space is very crowded,competitive and price sensitive, and given the length of time during which ARTH has been speaking about "a partner", it seems unlikely that any company of note is going suddenly appear and pay ARTH for the distribution rights or that any distribution deal would have a significant cash flow impact on ARTH. Quo vadis? Perhaps I'm all wet.
