I don't know, A/S appears to be 53 MM. However, 40 MM traded today, so that 53 number is suspect. The CEO, Maxine Pierson, is affiliated with several other successful companies, so that is a positive. Earnings show .108 per share. If that is true, then the float must be enormous for the S/P to be so low. Also, company press releases are written poorly which makes me suspect there is an overseas affiliation of some sort and is always a red flag for me. But, intrigued enough to be looking at this one.
