As for your question its a simple value swap, most hold and let shares transfer and become owners in buying company which hopefully would be gaining value from cvsi acquisition and their shareprice would appreciate making you even more money, but some sell out before because incoming company spending alot of money their shareprice may decline as the market digests the new entity. Either way you will make out. Just try not to buy a new corvette to celebrate your second/third midlife crisis...lol
