I bought some of my shares before bankruptcy ,But I bleieve you are absolutely wrong.
Because right now all of us has same CUSIP number and also even we cant reach to our portfolio in broker ( for me Etrade) to find out when we bought these stocks.
There is no clue for share buy timing in broker and all shares is accumulate on one same CUSIP number like a ticket number.
Which means all shares already has same value and it is depend on judge decision to announce one same common amount (maybe between $0.95 to $3.00 in my guessing but $0.65 to $3.00 in other share holder ideas).
