Don't dispute that in the least. Without Mags, this company is either dead or sub-penny land.

Just hard to know/understand what the strategy is behind all of the open market buying when he has seemingly unlimited access to get shares/warrents, et al direct from the company at much cheaper prices. Again, must speak to his determination to keep share price/company "respectable".

I mean, the rest of the management/BoD certainly isn't doing anything in that regard...
