WOW!! NRPI 50,000,000 OS restricted Shares being retired!


Richard Gibson Blum owns 30,000,000 shares of the Company’s Common Stock.
Martin Blaine Lee owns 20,000,000 shares of the Company’s Common Stock.
The shares owned by Messrs. Blum and Lee are in the process of being cancelled and returned to treasury as described in Item 4 above. Because they both reportedly lost the share certificates, this process is taking some time to resolve.
