What does that even mean?

IF PEOPLE WANT THE STOCK, IT WILL RUN.
IF PEOPLE DON'T WANT THE STOCK IT WON'T RUN.

That’s nonsense. There are tons of OTC stocks that see huge volume and never run.

Why? Because basic fundamentals like share structure, PPS and market capitalizations are more important than simple volume or chart technicals.

PLAY THE ACTION.

What action are you talking about? Could you elaborate on what “action” is?

TTCM has some good chart technicals along with basic fundamentals that suggest there is legitimate upside potential.

Am I wrong on that?
