ap17: 3 things. First, as usual, you are correct. We took the hit from "bad" news (really?), and have recovered.

Secondly, Mr. Dowling said something VERY IMPORTANT that few are picking up on. Dr. Duffy MacKay will be PRESENTING at the upcoming May 31 hearings. That is massive!! MacKay is a known entity in DC, and no one could better present on CVSI's behalf. Will he be educating the Committee on hemp oil and CBD? Maybe a little. But he will be positioning CVSI to be in the narrow "swim lanes", as Dowling put it (which are now very wide). MacKay is a naturopathic physician, will profound knowledge of the regulatory mechanisms in the dietary supplement and natural foods industry, which is massive. He's a fantastic speaker, with short well-kempt hair, no obvious tatoos, and he teems with credibility. Look to him to put us in the best competitive space, and separate CVSI, and the specific, genetically-engineered seeds, that contain virtually no THC and can reproducibly grow hemp that can be harvested for the lower spectrum dose of CBD. He will be able to navigate very choppy waters in a robustly articulate way, and he's a master at working behind the scenes. This battle will be won behind the scenes, and he will be the man.
