Once a month the South Dakota Attorney General updates how many alcohol and drug tests are administered under their 24/7 sobriety program which has been in existence for almost fifteen years.

I have been tracking and making notes each month of the drug patch statistics. I am able to see the changes comparing year by month by month numbers and cumulative figures.

It is one of the only sources I have found to find numbers for a company that reports once a year.

Make a note right now about drug patch tests administered and the time period. In a matter of a day or two it will be updated.

That is how I find those numbers.

ANNUAL 2007?

They are a 15-12 filer which means there are no filings!

You are missing everything else.

Go to the Pharmchem website, Pharmchek.

Scroll Down

And go INVESTOR RELATIONS line, open the link and look at shareholder letters.

You will learn everything you need to know about the company.

And read every post here. There is no bullshit whatsoever here on IHUB. I have not seen any serious pump and dump schemes here, and I've owned the stock since 2011. Posters are not always positive, around ten percent of the time.

Go back to Pharchem website, Pharmchek.

Read the rest of their website.

Good luck. If you are interested in the stock, bid for it, pay the offer, go in between. If you have any questions, please feel free to write again. If you don't want to put in the due diligence, this is your choice.

The stock is trading at it's cash level and a few times earnings.
They've paid dividends three years in a row. No STOP SIGN under $1 stocks pay dividends.
Again, look at the shareholder letter. Go through all of it. You will find income statements, balance sheets, (no cash flow statements) and plenty of narrative. We are frustrated that we get information once a year, in December, and it the results are very delayed, like almost a year old.
