$NLLSF Nel launches containerised large-scale PEM electrolyser

Nel Hydrogen Electrolyser has officially launched today the M Series containerised Proton™ PEM electrolyser.

The Nel ASA subsidiary said the containerised version of the M Series will be delivered as standard one and two megawatt (MW) (200 and 400 Nm3/hr) configurations.

Scaling up from the one MW platform to the two MW platform and allowing multiple units to be integrated easily in the field was a key consideration during the development.

“We have spent considerable effort over the last year to finalise the design of our M Series Proton™ PEM electrolyser in a containerised version,” explained Anders Søreng, Chief Technology Officer of Nel.

“It is a pleasure to now officially include this product in our product offering, and we are already experiencing significant interest for this solution in the market.”
