send me something better i didnt like that one either. I dont look for much, as long as the company is fully reporting and has more assets than liabilities I wont be so disappointed. but please understand where i am comping from, it does not make sense to buy shares of a company if they have liabilities greater than their assets. its just backward investing. when a company has an upside down balance sheet it is never good. imagine having 1000 in ur pocket and being in 10,000 debt and then asking for people to invest in you so you can put yourself deeper in the hole. well that what a lot of pennystocks are looking like in front of real investors with real money
