I'll post this just in case there are new traders on this board that have no idea how things work:

They are placed on a "pink - no information" tier with a big red stop sign because they have not submitted the OTC Markets REQUIRED financials. The form 15-15D does in NO way release them from the submitting quarterly & annual reports.

If they want to get to PINK CURRENT status and have the stop sign removed, they MUST submit the required filings. That is exactly what they are working on now and we will be seeing those filings very soon.
