An updated Form 10-12G/A was filed with the SEC today.

A few minor updates from the Form 10-12G/A filed on 04/09/2019:

1. Executive compensation for Steve Saleen and Amy Bolan updated to reflect 2019 compensation (page 35)

2. Information about amount of royalty payments received from Molexiel, Inc. that was missing in the original filing is now in the updated filing (page 36)

3. Typo on the amount of shares in warrants held by SM Funding and Edvest Saleen, LLC was fixed in the updated filing (page 38)
