YES I read and understand it perfectly. It is a very bad thing for holders of debt, and or shares. Zero transparency isn't a good thing at all. Explain how it could be? You can't. The " money could be better spent" what like paying the unqualified son of the CEO exec. pay package going on 15 years...for what?? customer service doesn't exist. period. this is just a pump and dump. Always has been. oh and the pumper brings up a short lived rally from 7 years ago. ha ha ha.. didn't hold price. Not for 1 whole day. dropped right back down. Like now....can't hold a penny sp. scam !!!
