Americanna likely will never happen.
Probably will be used to dump even more shares, like USMJ was doing.

USMJ milked the non-existent restaurants for quite some time before dumping the worthless "concept" on this company. TOOK QUITE A WHILE BEFORE DD REVEALED THAT THERE WERE NO RESTAURANTS and still are none.
