Amazes me that we have all this money all over the place, the selection of which assets are grossly over assessed to the ones being grossly under assessed.
Commodities should all be a hell of a lot higher than what they currently are valued at. I have a friend who bought a house, just from purchasing the home the assessed value jumped over 100%, without any updates. Same difference
