Why would Marley "settle" and take this debt ridden POS ticker? They aren't dumb enough to take debt in exchange for money owed. Plenty of CHEAP clean shells out there for them if they want to go public.
Marley also doesn't need a defunct coffee company since they already sell their name brand through a private company.
