It’s hardly irrelevant that in February 2018, when pending deals were being promoted, MaxD’s CFO was in court swearing that registering liens would make it impossible for MaxD to do business. The liens were registered. MaxD hasn’t done business. And it has abandoned the patent applications that were supposed to undergird the deals that were being touted.

Now MaxD’s only hope is to convince the Federal Court of Appeal to grant them a rehearing for Attorney incompetence on the patent relating to the Google infringement claim.
