Could be a Massive RM happening

Saw this play yesterday, and started looking around.

Name change and ticker change yesterday now know as Metro Inc. Now we know NVSOS shows different officers related to Tenoil Petroleum but why would they change their name to Metro Inc? also OTCM is showing multiple filings for Metro Inc, which is an extremely large company in Canada with $16 billion in revs. Yes that is B for billons. Its curious on what is actually going on, but if this is Metro Inc. and they are trying to get on the US stock Exchange, this is one of the biggest RM to happen to otc. The float is only 16 mill and this could run to $1 + in a blink of the Eye if this is the case. I would snag shares down here because this is the type of play that moves on air.
