TCEL wasn't delinquent or anything. They filed an annual report last year too at the Wyoming SOS so this year's report really is no big deal.

Seems like a dumb stock to pump but maybe there was some under the table compensation by Stan Larson or something.

Way better stocks to trade out there. TCEL is complete crap.
