Finally Got a response....

Hello Will
Getting very concerned with the lack of forward progress being shown to the shareholders. The company has been very silent and as you know the stock price is back below .01. After all of our email exchanges it definitely lead me to believe there would have been a deal announcement by now. As a long term large shareholder I feel I deserve some sort of explanation or realistic time line so I can make an educated decision on my investment.

Dr. Russell Response:
Hi, We're at the stage where we're close to signing the Rights Acquisition Agreement with the overseas company.

My Response:
I appreciate the response but "close" is a relative term? Not really the confidence I was expecting as "close" in the past turned into months away and here we are. Being the team member so closely tied to this deal I am expecting a better degree of foresight in regards to predictions. Is there anything you can relate "close" too so I can better understand?

Dr. Russell response:
Yes. I believe we are about a month away from having the deal. There is another item that the overseas company can deal with in short order. They've already laid the ground work.

The above are copy and paste from my last four email exchanges with Dr. Russell. These were from April 26, 2019. I hope it helps everyone here. Im still holding and still believe we are close. My new timeline is by the end of Q2 2019.
