I, also, found it curious that Mr. Strickler has re-emerged as a director of the Company. Perhaps I missed it, but i do not recall seeing any announcement that he had been "elected" or appointed to the position. On the other hand, I am not convinced that he had ever left ! I am also wondering if he is the source of the $850K of short term loans from "affiliates". Money generated from a convenience store or perhaps Slixco?
