Good morning, although ETNI 10 Q did not provide any clues as to future nature of business, the positive is that it is a nice clean shell and that ETNI will be acquiring businesses going forward.
We dont want Yu to rush and just buy any crappy business. Based on some research of Yu's US legal representation ( Ellenoff Grossman & Schole, New York )and their involvement with many acquisition companies, IMO it should be no problem for ETNI to acquire suitable business.gl
