IMO they don't need to run it all the way down to .0001 as the damage has already been done.

People who had 1 million shares priced at .0001 each before the R/S (total value $100) now have 20 shares priced at $0.30 (total value $6.00). They've already lost 94%.

If their 20 shares do fall to .0001 they'll be worth a total of $0.002.
