At least one thing that seems positive is that OTC Markets is evidently trying to keep up with this circus.

Not all the Underground Stocks pumps are about supposed mergers in the works; they seem to have hit upon that relatively recently. I wonder if they'll be stupid enough to keep at it.

Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, they have an anonymous domain registration.
