Goldy was indicted by the Eastern District of NY, Criminal Division, last February 2018.The details are most enlightening, it tells everyone how Goldberg went about conning traders and dumping shares on them only for the betterment of himself, his co-conspirators, and his stock promoters.

All of the court documents are available at Pacer.gov.

Hopefully the docs aren’t too large.
