Does CSHD have a CEO or CFO?

Who is driving this baby? That was awfully kind of the CEO and CFO to abandon ship. They really care about the shareholders (note sarcasm).

The least they could have done is wait until they had replacements.

Don't say Rufus is CEO again without a filing or something to verify it. Saying that someone is "managing" CSHD is not the same as someone being CEO.

It's not a good thing when a CEO and CFO resign without replacements. PERIOD!
