and the FTC will be off their back after they pay the fine which they already have allocated money to. THey will pay and move forward continuing to make money each quarter. Investors don't only invest based on news of current quarter but based on future set up of company. To have the money to pay the fine without sacrificing too much is another reason. If they didn't have this fine they would have beat all Q1 estimates this is another reason.
