UWB MANAGEMENT
conspired with FC and the FDIC/OTC /OCC in SECRET to help FC enter Colorado Quickly with out standing in line to get a Banking License to operate in Colorado!

FC did not want to pay fair market price for UWB Bank, so a plot was hatch with the FDIC to take over the Bank and sold Guy on the idea. Then Guy went to work on the inside of FC where he sits today.

Do we allow the of our Bank to be taken with out proper fair value?
