UDF IV had a loan balance to CTMGT Rancho Del Lago in the amount of $18.8 million.

It was secured by a 1st lien on 462 paper lots, 68 acres and a subordinate lien on 392 acres.

In reviewing the Bexar County property records, the senior lender released their lien on the property on April 4th in the amount of $4.7 million. That suggests they were paid in full.

UDF IV has provided a lien release on 19 lots in April alone.

It's a good sign that the senior lender has been repaid.

And a good sign that UDF IV is getting paid back as lots are sold to builders.
