I'm the new kid on the block, only been here for about a year but this is what I know about the deal:

- they haven't gone the route of most OTC's and just shipped out convertibles

- they are putting up their property for sale / lease back so that they can put the proceeds into developing the property

- they've been taking care of this property for 20 years and plan on doing so for another 5 years

If you find a better deal, move to it. Or, get in line with the rest of us.
