if u look at most r/m plays u will find a 15-12 filed sometime b4 the new co. comes in, its there way of circumventing having to disclose a material event, no registered = no event, then walla, u get OTC Current and new co, is in place, so yes not really looking at the BEVO connection, but rather we made some great coin, even though I have not sold a single share over there, putting $500-$1000 here isnt a problem for me, to wait and see, a clean shell that was in farming can easily be put into MJ/CBDs and in Canada with clean grow house experience, like the lotto, and have repeatedly said play it as such URBF, several million locked in my acct and we see how tiny/thinnly this trades, SOLI has moved from my initial .001s very quickly and expect if we get something here a repeat is very likely and why the hell the does the T/A keep updating the SS so often if not something/someone paying to do so??
