And that's at least part of the problem. SK surely knew this when he signed the PS agreement. They both had to be aware of and in agreement to whether or not Aldox would be manufactured and marketed as a "stand alone drug"?

"Steptwice" posted on ST that if the only difference between Dox and Aldox was the lack of cardiotoxicity, lack of hair loss and maybe living a couple of extra months, that BP was unwilling to pay big bucks for that, enabling SOON to "steal" it for use in his cocktail to "improve" it. SOON appears to be doing that to the extent that he is currently using it in several of his trials with possibly more to come. So I guess it all boils down to what SK/SOON think is best regardless of the MS and Royalties SH's want. I just would have liked to have seen Aldox FDA approved, manufactured and marketed as a "stand alone" drug replacing Dox as first line treatment for STS and whatever other cancers it could be effective against. Simple as that.
