The two months is already announced in the 8-K on 04/15/2019.

There were two parts: the 30-day delay in paying the interest on the unsecured debt, and the expectation of filing the missing Q by June 19th.

These are tactics to buy time for the restructuring experts to formulate the best way for Chapter 11 to occur for $BRS.

I made the call that Chapter 11 would happen in the near-term for $BRS maybe 3 months ago, but $BRS has been in trouble for several years.
