@ this point, a BK would be insane. The books show it wouldnt make any sense, nothing is coming owed that would require a BK. They can afford staying upright by themselves. Read the last PR, you have an investment group telling them class action would be coming if they even touched it. If you have a creditor willingly to help you with funds, and you choose BK... Well that makes no sense and should be brought up in court. Also I could see a vote for all directors to be removed, like the PR asks for.
