makinezmoney I noticed you posted #3677 U.S Bankruptcy Judge Michael E. Wiles ruling April 8 2019 of imposition of involuntary third-party-party releases will be denied. He did mention that he believed that Mercuria is acting in good faith, but saw no need for and questioned the need for a involuntary third-party releases. The unsecured creditors,99% have signed off on this plan. Which also leaves me to believe that many of the unsecured debt claims are not valid . This what I believe what Judge Wiles is concerned with and could lead to larger share/unit distributions.Because a large portion of shareholders equity was siphon off into phony billings/shell companies This is what I'am reading into this ruling. Correct me if I'am wrong. TIA
