This afternoon Willie and I went to the stable for aged manure. We took digging spades and expected to spend at least 30 minutes loading the truck bed. When we arrived we saw a man in a front end loader. He filled the truck bed with three loads. Willie and I thanked Willie's god M'Googooboogoo for the intervention.
The pile is large enough to last me at least three weeks. It's enough for all the peppers in the greenhouse, the ends of the beds for the corn and maybe the watermelon boxes.
