I could find many boards like that in the otc my friend. The point I'm trying to make is if a company wants to talk Nasdaq and take major steps like auditing to accomplish these goals then their practices and ethics should align with that trajectory. This board (and pps) still feels really stinky and I'm pointing it out in hopes for a better tomorrow.

You have to "dress the part" if you catch my drift. I have never been a long holder of any otc stock, the audited financials made me curious enough to give this a shot but I won't be made to look like a fool, even as a fake psuedo-name and a picture. I see through BS in two seconds which is why when I see shady crap I will call it out with my hard earned money.

All I'm saying is you (as in the company) and this board is capable of class and being honest and not shady, if thats possible, we should all try to be just that for newcomers and the existing shareholders. You're right to compare this to a $hit show because, it's been handled really poorly. I guess anyone can become a mod even a basher, and also, the 3rd party telling us whats coming before it does is super shady if not borderline illegal...Sure, a claim or two has come true like the audited financials but many, many, many other claims/predictions have failed, it doesn't help the stock..It leads to an end of credibility for not only the birdie, but the entire stock, all of us.

With the new company, I hope to see this nonsense go away for all our sake and $$

If we dont want to be otc anymore lets stop acting like it...From who we let be Mods to letting the company chirp their news on their own naturally...Let Tim/Chris address the shareholders thru pr or whatever, without middle men and just plain shady stuff.
