is this not the dumbest ceo you've ever come across? he lies to shareholders for 3 years, then wonders why people interested in his garbage white label reseller try to confirm the bs he puts out there. now he threatens to take the company private...who the hell would hold shares at this point? i've got news for him, if he goes private say goodnight! good luck getting some heavy pockets who he'd have to be face to face with to invest in his $hitpile. i honestly think he wants to walk at this point...he probably hopes the omniverse lawsuit shuts ottv down so he can wash his hands and take no blame.
