Hidden in yesterdays news.

"Initial plans will see mCloud and Hubei Huayan connect approximately 50 commercial buildings located in Wuhan, the capital city of Hubei province"

https://www.mcloudcorp.com/2019/04/17/universal-mcloud-signs-assetcare-agreement-with-hubei-huayan-to-connect-buildings-in-1200-townships-in-china/

Assumptions:
Not knowing anything about the building's sizes or number of floors, I will use a number of 3 connected thermostats in each building much less than the amount as in the Telus deal.

"With support from strategic partner Cypress Envirosystems, mCloud will upgrade and connect 450 thermostats across 14 floors of the building"

https://www.mcloudcorp.com/2019/04/11/universal-mcloud-deploys-assetcare-in-six-year-agreement-to-improve-energy-efficiency-of-telus-office-tower/

Calculation:

50 x 3 connected thermostats per buildings at approx 300 (net amount after revenue sharing) per year = 45,000 per year.

3 thermostats per building x 15,000 = 45,000

Doesn't sound like much until we consider the remainder of the press release:

"Universal mCloud and Hubei Huayan sign an AssetCare agreement that targets commercial buildings located in over 1,200 townships across Hubei province in China"

Assume 1 building per township:

1,200 x 300 x 3 ( thermostats ) = 1,080,000 per year.

Now lets consider what the numbers would be with more than 3 thermostats per building and more than 1 building per township.

6 thermostats per building x 50 buildings to start x 300 = 90,000

Bigger assumption:

3 buildings per township x 1,200 townships x 6 thermostats per building x 300 per thermostat = 6,500,000 ( rounded )

No one knows the details yet but there is a tremendous amount of potential recurring revenue.

I am only guessing and hope we get some additional details on the call and as they move to NASDAQ we will get better disclosure.
