This fraud is broke. Insolvent. If you notice every trade is to enrich crook insiders who own shares at ZERO!! Must be nice to print stock and fleece ANYONE who bites. Thanks to Mike Irving and John Manion and DodI Handy! Look them up. Barry Hall is a stooge for them and will go down as CFO of this scam

Scammer Mike Irving was an officer of Continental Capital and Equity amongst other John Manion related scam machine companies. From SEC "Based on the foregoing, the Commission finds that CCE and Manion willfully violated Section 17(b) of the Securities Act and
Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13d-1 and 13d-2
thereunder" " Manion, the only defendant not settling the Commission’s action, resides in Apopka, Florida. Manion was the owner of Continental Capital & Equity Corp., and Irving was VP. From the Wall Street Journal "Madison & Wall was formerly known as Continental Capital & Equity. The firm's founder and former owner, John Manion, was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison for securities fraud in September 2000. He is scheduled to be released at the end of January 2002, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Also look up the Legend Sports fraud that Irving was also involved with. Dec. 18, 1996: John Manion, then president of Continental Capital & Equity Corp. and a financial adviser to Legend,
had $225,000 (U.S.) transferred to a Continental account at Pacific International from a Debra Lee account. Mr. Manion was one of 23 people indicted on the stock-fraud and money-laundering charges
Vancouver brokerage Pacific International Securities Inc. was a conduit for about 12 stock, cash and wire transfers orchestrated by the U.S. Mafia and Russian mob, according to a U.S. federal indictment.
