On the surface I have no issue with this guy or his compensation especially if he eases TRW listing on Hong Kong exchange. Additionally he might be acting as the CFO and might be useful in securing a loan in Hong Kong, China or elsewhere. For someone to take a Board Seat on the Titanic with Captain Solly I would require more if they had asked me.
