100% of The Atlantic Solar division shares (Canada) were given to a former director who forgave $65k in debt supposably owed to him....this was in subsequent events section if q3 filings....

Bottom line....the incoming company is a legit one in the oil and gas field... www.watsonenergyinvestments.com. I guess the rearrangement of the company’s books for the merger took a bit longer than expected.....the old AWSL was ugly....but the new company should start looking good by the time q1 filings come in mid May....
