I chuckled at Cellucci calling out Dennis in the Complaint for claiming the company was worth $1.5 Billion...

...and yet...Cellucci parroted that number on Facebook.

Either he knew it was false and propagated the false claim OR he is remarkably gullible.

Watching these two get into a pissing match in the Court docs and during discovery, if they get there is going to be hysterical.

It’s also kinda rich for Cellucci to be claiming Dennis’ filings are misleading...and here DPLS is current and BVTK is not.
