So let's say you own 10 million shares and someone comes in at the bell and buys $10 worth of stock at the ASK, do you think your 10 million shares are worth the last tick price?

This stock closed at the BID. The BID is the real value because it is what people are willing to pay. And even the BID is not real, as there has to be SIZE for it to be meaningful.
