Everything you've stated greatly helps the company. If you want to do something, then do nothing, hope you block a Quorum. Otherwise, all yes votes are accounted for, all proposals will go through without delay, again...so shareholders, do absolutely nothing, do not return a vote, hope to God you block a quorum, otherwise, every vote will go through without a problem, that would be better advice. Any other action benefits only the company, a NO vote means nothing, it helps their cause greatly, it adds to the quorum...
