IRVINE, Calif., April 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Netlist, Inc. (OTCQX: NLST) ("Netlist" or the "Company"), today announced that on April 11, 2019 Chief Administrative Law Judge (CALJ) of the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) issued two orders regarding ITC Investigation Number 337-TA-1089. The first order denies SK hynix's April 1, 2019 Motion to Stay the investigation and schedules the recommencement of the evidentiary hearing at the ITC for July 15, 2019. The second order resets the issuance date for the Initial Determination of the investigation as October 21, 2019.
