It explains that the adverse opinion with regards to internal controls was specifically due to accounting and the fact that dowling was acting as both CEO and CFO, which was resolved with the hiring of Grasser. THIS IS EXACTLY AS WE HAD PRESUMED.
Problem fixed, tanner gets the boot, better auditor gets hired, uplist next.
