Grimm signature was on the 50 to 1 reverse split, Grimm has a trackrecord with him doing a merger into a shell and then driving it into the dirt, then jumping to another company, and another etc..

a 50:1 RS resets pps to $5.00 (if they can't hold .50 why would people buy $5 a share after they crushed long investors?

A post RS with current OS, resets share count to estimated 36 million,
at $5 ...the old float for RCGP was 300,000,
that $5 post RS will retrace to .20 or less in a couple months.
