Those Docs are game changer IMO , He cant even buy into his own company . That right there tells me a RS is a Certainty 100% . Tops will need to get compliant and will not be able to do so with out a Massive RS making the Family richer while the Shareholders take it in the ass again . Most shareholders are not virgins at this point and have very little chance of ever recouping their money IMO Im one of the lucky ones who never really took it deep , just been fondled here and there .
